    It is pointed out the tolerance is the first law of nature, which will more focus on the humanity. the tolerance is defined as a fair, objective and permissive attitude towards others even they are different from one’s own. People share the right to voice different opinions in the world, the tolerant respect and understanding should be provided even you don’t agree with the opinions (Ackroyd and Crowdy, 1990).
    The globalization has improved the intersection of the world, more multi cultural corporations extend to other lands, and people gathered together. It resulted in the diversity of cultures, backgrounds, values, races, religions, and etc. the diversity depends that the organizational management must be flexible and pluralism, which affect the workplaces directly and indirectly. Besides, the organizational culture also affects the workplaces. As the intersection of the norms, values and behiviors, the organizational culture influence the employees’ attitudes and behaviors in the workplaces. Finally, the leadership is pointed out have powerful effectiveness on the followers, it is playing a significant role in directing the followers to the right way. So it is definitely efficient in helping build the open and tolerant workplaces. In conclusion, the three elements including organizational culture, diversity and leadership will work on each other and finally affect or promote the open, tolerant environment establishment. So it is imperative for the managers to focus more on above three elements and find out more effective management styles related to them, in order to promote the workplaces to be more open, respectable, humanity, and tolerant.
